Hello,
I'm new on EBAY and I need to send a parcel with Mondial Relay. The thing is, on the shipping label they ask me for the buyer's phone number, which I don't have. My phone number is entered automatically so I receive the SMS with the pickup code that the buyer is supposed to receive. Do you have a solution to this problem? I don't understand why the buyer's phone number isn't entered automatically, like for a **bleep** parcel for example.

No solution: the buyer is not required to enter their phone number in the delivery info.
"My phone number is automatically saved so I receive the SMS" = info to pass on to the buyer via eBay messaging.
