Send a special offer negotiate with a buyer
I would like to send a special offer to a buyer with whom I negotiated the price. He tells me that he has already placed an offer and that, since I initially refused it, he can no longer make any others (…?)
I did, however, change the item's immediate acceptance amount to the negotiated price with him, but he says that I refused him. I don't know how to send him an offer at the right price or whether he has to make an offer again ?
Thank you for telling me the procedure

Did you make them a counteroffer?

Otherwise, change the price of the item they want and notify the buyer so they can complete the purchase.
