Hello,
I just made a few purchases without being registered on the site. After these purchases, I did not receive any confirmation email, or any invoice. I am trying to confirm that my purchases have been validated, I especially went through this address: https://www.ebay.fr/help/guest-order?topicId=4035. But the email I receive contains no valid link !! Only an email containing:
We have received your message regarding the latest order you placed as a guest on our website. Here is a link to the order details and tracking for your package :
[TD_VOD_URL]

Contact customer service, as advised (in the second link you posted you have this option: 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., except holidays).
