Summary: pascal.2834 ordered motorcycle cases from an Italian seller via eBay, but received a package containing children's beads instead. The shipping label shows incorrect information due to a transport error between Italy and France. pascal.2834 is having trouble contacting eBay to resolve this issue since the purchase was made without registering, and they can't access the help page because of a technical problem. koalagris suggests filing a return request through a link and recommends trying another browser to fix the technical issue.

Hello

I ordered motorcycle panniers from an Italian seller.

I received a tracking number from the carrier (BRT, on the Italian side). When it was delivered, my name as well as the shipping company's name appeared on the carrier's slip in France (DPD).

The parcel does not match my order. I received children's beads. You can see that the original slip comes from another Italian company for another French customer.

Since then, I've been struggling like crazy to find out where my parcel is. The receiving carrier closed the tracking, but it is obvious that the transport between the Italian border and France by another carrier is the cause of the error.

I can't get in touch with Ebay. I made a purchase without being registered. When I click on the email I received with the order number, the page that opens tells me there is a technical problem.

How can I cancel the sale, get a refund, and return the parcel that is not meant for me (despite the information on the label)?

Thank you for your help
