display error of pro seller to private individual

Hello I have a problem displaying my status I am registered on eBay as a professional seller with a store on July 1, 2024 I put items up for sale everything is ok however a friend told me that when he looks at or views my items from my store under the item title it says NEW / individual OR my status is PRO the proof is when my friend clicks on the item to see the seller's details he sees my PRO status so nothing to say yesterday I contacted the EBAY SELLER service the advisors each answer anything !!! do you have the answer please thank you very much

There is indeed a display issue when looking at the list of your current listings: "new / private seller", whereas when you open the listing (or your feedback profile) it is clearly shown as "professional seller".
Unfortunately, only customer service can solve this problem, so you'll have to keep pushing... 😕
