Hello,
How do you contact a real person on eBay because the AI chat doesn't understand anything.
The buyer didn't go pick up the parcel (personal issue), we agreed on a refund. The problem is that the parcel was sent back to my old address even though on my account all the addresses (shipping, delivery, return, ...) are the new one. I'd like an explanation.
