Capsule error, no indication

For a purchase on 8/06, I received a letter on 25/06 with no indication, no username, no name, and no explanation sheet for the shipment.
After sending a message to the seller about the delivery time; no reply from him.
I waited to see my other packages, with just 1 capsule; which all arrived.
Today I know who the author of this "anonymous" letter is. It is indeed the one corresponding to the dates above.
The capsule is absolutely not the one I bought. But without any indication of where it came from; how should one react
quickly.
As a buyer, I suggest that E-bay ask sellers to provide a detailed shipping sheet.
For my purchase, I'll leave it at that. The capsule doesn't match, and it doesn't have the same value. TOO BAD.
The rating will certainly be harsh. But I wanted to point it out.
A buyer disappointed by 1 seller out of 100.
