Delivery error
I listed an item for sale, I had chosen hand delivery, but someone wants to buy it and is asking me to send it by mail, and I can’t change the delivery method. What should I do?

The only way--->
- cancel this transaction and relist the item with shipping costs.. then submit the listing URL to your buyer so they can buy it again..
Cancel an order as a seller | eBay
for reason of delivery error by the buyer...
don't forget to ask for a credit note for the eBay fees
- explain the process to them to see if they accept it.
