delivery error on the part of Mondial Relay Belgium
Hello
I sold a comic book to a Belgian eBay buyer, but MONDIAL RELAY Belgium marked it as DELIVERED safely to his home when it was not the parcel I had sent from FRANCE, but baby clothes
Since then, it’s been a nightmare trying to find this comic book
What should I do?

There must certainly have been a relabeling error by Mondial Relay ..
Only Mondial Relay customer service can help you .
If the package is lost, you will need to refund the buyer and request compensation from the carrier.
