I wanted to make a return (wrong item), so I submitted a request where it said to enter an order number, which I did!! Then it told me that my return had been taken into account and that I needed to drop it off with the chosen sender....except that I had no return address to send it back....so I was afraid there was a problem and I closed my return request, thinking I could do it properly later ...except that no, I can't!!!!( It says that the return is closed) However, the item costs quite a bit and I really want to send it back because I have no use for it...how can I do this?!
