Error while processing a payment request
Hello,
I made a mistake when requesting payment for a product. "Payment received" instead of "payment request." And of course I have instructions to send the product.
How can I correct this handling error and request payment again?

That’s solely up to customer service.
(but from the latest forum reports, they are now no longer inclined to make this correction)
