Return reason error
Hello, I selected the wrong return reason by mistake. I wanted to indicate that the item doesn’t match the listing description, not that I hadn’t bought the right item.
How can I change the reason for my request or let me know how to fix it?

at your level that’s not possible, but maybe customer service can change the reason. Contact them directly:

Even if the reason is wrong for now, above all don’t close your return request because then it will be impossible for you to open another one.
