Bank card refund error
Hello,
I would like to refund a buyer. To do this, Ebay is asking me to add a bank card.
After entering my card details, I get a popup with the message "This content is blocked. To resolve the problem, contact the site owner."
Also, why can't ebay directly debit my bank account, which is already linked to my ebay account?
