Hello, I had put an item up for sale with both options: in-person pickup and shipping. The buyer chose in-person pickup, but then he sent me a message with a shipping address. Clearly, if I send it to him, I lose the shipping fees and I have no guarantee since I won’t be able to scan the in-person pickup QR code and can’t prove on E bay that it was shipped. I sent a message to the buyer, no reply. What should I do? If I cancel the order, I’m going to have cancellation fees from the site…

No other solution than to cancel it; it’s up to you to choose the reason that allows the shipping costs to be refunded:

After that, the buyer has to make the purchase again, then selecting a shipping method...
