Error with the address
I just shipped a parcel to a buyer, but he wrote to me to say that the address registered on his eBay is no longer the right one... Will the parcel come back to me, or is there a chance that the person at that address keeps the parcel and makes me lose my sale?

1) - responsibility for the accuracy of the delivery address lies with the buyer....
2) - if there’s a chance to collect the parcel at the old address... that’s still the buyer’s responsibility...
3) - if the carrier can’t find the name at the address shown on the parcel, normally, it sends it back with the note "does not live at the address"....
4) - if the parcel comes back to you... contact the buyer to tell them the amount to pay for a new shipment as well as how to pay you -
What’s happening to you isn’t an exception.... Stay in touch with your buyer - keep the conversation going and normally everything should go fine..
