Error in the shipping method
As a private seller, I accidentally sent it by international tracked mail
a coin to the correct address without using the e-bay slip
the buyer must have received the coin but without validation for E-bay
What do you advise me to do? Thanks

you are under no obligation to use eBay's shipping system.
However, in that case, you do need to provide the tracking number. Did you do that?

Since you have the tracking number, what does it say exactly?
