Hello, I am a resident in Luxembourg with an account on eBay.fr. I am trying to contact eBay customer service by chat, but I no longer see this option anymore. By phone - that doesn't work either because my number starts with +352. And my issue is the following: I need to cancel an order and refund my buyer, but when I go through the "cancel order" process or even the "refund" one, I get the following message: "make sure that the billing address you entered matches the one on the card". Please help!
