Truncated Packlink shipping label
Hello, for some time now when I download my shipping labels via Packlink on eBay (Colissimo label in PDF format), the labels come through cut off, partly unreadable, with the buyer's name and address, to the point where the post office refuses to accept my parcel for shipping. I've tried several formats, but the same issue. Has anyone else already faced this problem please?

This has been reported several times, but you can contact customer service to let them know about it..
The only solution for now is to go directly through the carrier's website..
