INSULTING and rude feedback for refunded cancellation - EBAY let it happen WHAT RECOURSE?
Summary: fredy24 shares their frustrating experience on eBay, where an aggressive buyer asked to cancel their order, which was refunded immediately. Despite this, the buyer left insulting and false feedback. fredy24 tried to report the feedback as defamatory, but eBay refused to remove it. lingma85 suggests disputing the feedback through eBay and reporting the issue with the buyer. fredy24 is disappointed by eBay’s lack of support and asks for advice on how to resolve the problem.
hello everyone .
I refused to sell two items to an aggressive person on the second day . on the pretext that I wasn't replying fast enough and hadn't sent the items ( it is specified in the listings: 3-day delay ....) .
I don't like making a sale when it starts off wrong. ( it starts badly ... and ends badly )
As the buyer becomes unpleasant, he asks me to cancel the sale and says we'll leave it at that .....
So I refund .. and as soon as the refund is made, he takes revenge, he slanders me and insults me in his feedback !!! For a SALE CANCELLED at his request and REFUNDED immediately !!
Since then I have asked ebay for cancellation for lies and insulting and defamatory remarks about me on a social network ...
EBAY TELLS ME EVERYTHING IS NORMAL that it is not possible to remove ...a matter of principle SO IN FACT THEY ARE ENDORSING THAT PEOPLE CAN BE INSULTED, abused with complete impunity .
It's frustrating and very difficult to accept ....When you're trying to do things properly ..I only had good feedback before and I'm disgusted .
Note that the items were relisted so they did exist and were available .. (I even sold them )
Let the guy laugh .. and mock ebay and the sanctions ...that's impunity
YOU CAN SEE BELOW the exchanges and feedback from this person to get an idea . ANY HELP to resolve this problem would be welcome . thanks

FEEDBACK RECEIVED
1/ Dishonest seller who tries to scam honest buyers. Seller to avoid, does not deserve to sell on eBay. Pretends to be a victim but is actually a scammer. He doesn't reply and then waits to cancel the sale.

2/ Dishonest seller who tries to play the victim but is actually trying to scam people. Too bad ebay allows people like this to sell products. Seller to avoid urgently unless you like being scammed.
