Shipping the item I bought 500 km from where I live!
Hello,
How do I contact Ebay directly about this kind of dispute? When I look for shipping issues, the platform doesn't know!! And so I keep going around in circles without a solution. Thanks

OP1 year agoIn the end, it was Paypal that refunded me. eBay's service left me with a bitter taste, like they were treating me like an idiot! No verification was done of my address in my profile, an address I gave to the seller through eBay messages. A huge disappointment, and my view of eBay has completely changed!!

Mentor1 year agoIt is indeed a fairly recurring problem when the seller uses eBay's shipping platform ...And the problem doesn’t seem to be on the way to being resolved 🥴
