sending an item by regular mail
Hello, I sent an item by regular mail at the buyer's request (5 postcards).
So I did not print a shipping label. Which is blocking the payment process from E-bay, who keeps asking me to print a shipping label.
This is my first sale and I don't know how to resolve the situation.

That’s more than a bit odd, since your listings were for in-person pickup only.
So you won’t have access to the shipping indicator........
At payment, the buyer received a code to give at the meeting, since it has now been delivered, the least he can do is pass it on to you.

All you need to do is manually mark the item as “sent” (nothing requires you to go through eBay’s postage platform).
And no: that’s not what’s blocking the payment, but the fact that you’re a new seller

On the other hand, don’t send anything without tracking anymore: a bad-faith buyer would only have to claim they never received the order to get a refund (since there’d be no proof of delivery).
