Shipment returned
I shipped a batch of 10 novels as soon as I received payment
shortly after dropping off the package at my relay point, the buyer informs me that the destination relay point indicated on the order is not the right one and that the package will be returned to me after 8 days; that is now done.
What do we do in this case? I'm happy to refund the sale price of the novels, but in no way the shipping cost. Thanks for your thoughts
