FOREIGN EXPEDITION.
Hello, an Italian friend tells me that you can ship parcels abroad through carriers by signing up in an eBay section without necessarily making a sale, so shipping privately by going through this platform, paying and printing a label... I don't understand, is this possible? He says yes?? Thank you for your reply, kind regards.
