Mondial Relay shipping in Europe, how to let customers know properly | Community Mentor Help

Hello,I recently added to my sales the option, for customers in three countries (Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands), to choose an economical shipping method, namely via Mondial Relay.Alas, eBay labels this shipping method as "Other economy international delivery". I can’t mention Mondial Relay, which isn’t offered in the drop-down menu, nor can I specify to customers that this is pickup point delivery.After a few weeks of testing, it turns out that on average one customer in two is surprised, taken aback, angry, because they thought they had chosen a home delivery method. This leads to discussions and wasted time. Some customers go silent and don’t pick up their parcels, ask for a full refund, which results in a direct loss for me.I have already contacted eBay customer service, who have no other solution to offer me than to manually edit my (thousands of) listings to add a written clarification that most of the time will not be read...Is any one of you also facing the same problem, and would you have a solution to suggest?Thank you in advance
