Billing
I would like a response from a manager who handles billing.
Why doesn't eBay want to implement the invoice download option for buyers? This would avoid the seller having to send the invoice manually.

only professional sellers are authorized to provide an invoice .
You can download your purchase from the transaction , which will serve as an invoice .
