Billing additional fees when the parcel has been returned and the customer wants us to send it back again
Hello
I have a parcel that came back because the customer took too long to pick it up at the Mondial Relay pickup point
how can I send it back to him while charging him only the shipping costs

If your buyer is okay with reshipping, work it out directly with them so they pay you the postage amount..
by any means that works for both of you ---> PayPal, bank transfer or otherwise.
