- If your seller is a business... ask them for it; legally it must be in the parcel and/or sent by email....
- If your seller is a private individual.. they are not allowed to provide it to you... Use the eBay order as proof. See here----> https://www.ebay.fr/mye/myebay/purchase then "show order details".
