Given that it seems you haven’t used your account for some time, could it be that you made this purchase without logging in...?
If that’s the case, the purchase won’t appear in your account.
- check your spam folder if you can find the confirmation of your purchase...
and for what’s next, it’s here------> Get help if you bought an item without registering | eBay
You can also find sold items by searching for your seller’s username and thus trace your own purchase... worth checking...
