Incorrect invoice from eBay
4 days that the seller and I, the buyer, have been asking eBay to redo the invoice with the exact amounts agreed with the seller… eBay has the audacity to ask for payment again without having corrected their mistake.
how do I do ???

OP3 years agoThe seller accepted my offers for 4 lots, eBay is asking for payment without taking into account the seller's acceptance, who had to ask for the sale to be cancelled to start over from the beginning. Same offers from the seller, same proposal from me on the 4 items, same acceptance from the seller and eBay says that the seller is demanding payment without the discounts … I am in contact with the seller and we both agree that eBay should put some order in the way it works and charge the correct amounts accepted twice by the seller…
Am I clear enough?

it's not eBay that issues the invoices but your seller. If he can't manage to change it, he should contact customer service or come onto the forum to explain the problem.
As for the reminder you received, those are automatic site follow-ups in the event of an unpaid balance, so that's perfectly normal.
