Foreign purchase VAT invoice
Hello,
eBay charges VAT on foreign purchases.
Seller (professional) cannot provide an invoice with VAT since he is not the one billing.
eBay plays deaf and customer service does not exist.
HOW CAN I GET AN INVOICE (not a summary that has no value, but an ACTUAL INVOICE) mentioning the VAT (which eBay collected on behalf of the state... supposedly) please?

I’d rather rephrase this in case I’m not understood.
I’ve been looking for this answer for a looooooong time, and in eBay’s "help" section (lol), when you go to the topic in question it clearly states that customer service is not competent to deal with these subjects, and the only place offered to get an answer is this "forum" where 3 or 4 members, often the same ones, just keep pointing requests back to "help" or saying to call customer service....
So thanks for acting like moderators, but what choice do I have?
Are you a moderator, do you then have contact with customer service, are you going to tell them to contact me about this, do you have a number or an email address to reach them?

PS: I can see that you had my post deleted lickety-split instead of replying to it, so you do have some power over something, why not just answer my question or pass it on to the people who are competent??
I’m still waiting to find out where my VAT goes and to have a way to contact eBAY.
