Faulty merchandise
Spent hours yesterday talking to eBay advisers. Eventually they found my order, contacted seller (who had ignored me for weeks) and they agreed I could return the electronic item. Got mail both from vendor and eBay saying here is your return label. Neither link works! What should I do?

OP2 years agoSimply the seller (**bleep**) and eBay are in agreement. The two sent me a return label/slip. But the two ‘links’ don’t work!
What should I do? Excuse my French, I am English!

since the return label link isn’t working, the best thing to do is contact customer service and explain the problem to them:
