FedEx delivery service not offered
Summary: house-nippon is trying to send an item sold in Belgium from France, but can’t find the FedEx option on the shipping label, even though that was the selected service. koalagris suggests going directly through the FedEx website to buy the shipping label and entering the tracking number on the eBay order.
Hello everyone,
I'm trying to send an item I sold, to Belgium, I live in France, the buyer paid for my item hoping for a FedEx shipment, which I had of course selected beforehand.
Sorry, as soon as I edit a listing, FedEx isn't offered; I find others like Colissimo International or Relay, which don't interest me, the destinations are
: 17 inches high (43 cm), 18.5 inches wide (47 cm) and 7 inches deep . The PS5 box weighs 14 lb (6.7 kg/8 ounces).
A solution please ?

Go directly through the carrier’s website to buy the shipping label, then all you’ll need to do is enter the tracking number on the eBay order.
