Hi, do you know why when I see my product on eBay's customer search page it says "private seller" even though as soon as I click on the product listing it says "professional seller" but as a result customers may think I'm not a professional seller, which doesn't work for me, so if you know the answer don't hesitate, thanks

You’re not the first to come and report this display issue on the forum.
The advice that has always been given is to contact customer service:

None of the members concerned ever came back to say whether it had been resolved (and so even less how)...

OP2 years agoThank you for this information. So I contacted customer
service by selecting "contact us" then the "sell" section. An
advisor told me that he would pass my username on to technical
support so they could fix the problem and that it is a problem
many people are experiencing. I will have to wait two to three weeks
for the change to be made, so now all I have to do is
wait.
