I tried to buy an item. And during checkout, I got an error message:
"Unfortunately, this item is not available for purchase in the location where you are located".
I realized that my vpn was active. So I disabled it. Even so, I can't solve this problem.
Do you have any idea?

after disabling your VPN, you should log out of ebay, clear your browser cache and cookies, and log back in.
If that doesn't solve the problem, it may be because of certain regulations that mean some items can only be sold in certain countries.
Otherwise, you can also contact customer service directly.
