I just got back on ebay as a seller. The funds from my first two sales are blocked because my details are not up to date? Ebay is asking me to enter the amount of the 2 micro-deposits paid into my bank account. I haven't received any micro-deposit in my account, but a few days ago I had received + 0,01 Euro then later - 0,01 Euro. I tried entering these amounts. Message displayed: Error and I have one attempt left? What should I do? Can anyone help me? Thanks.

preferably during office hours and ask to be called back.
There will certainly be an advisor to help you figure out how to unlock the system and register the micropayments...
