Hello,
I live in Switzerland and I use ebay.fr because ebay.ch is in German. I don't speak German.
I sold an item and my funds are blocked. They are asking me to verify my account with a bank statement, which I have already done several times.
The system seems to not want to accept my documents. When I request a call, the call offered is only for France. My number is Swiss.
What should I do? Is there a support contact by email, WhatsApp, or by phone that I can contact?

Registered in Switzerland, it's ebay.ch that you're under (contacting customer service in France would therefore be absolutely useless).
= See if someone who speaks German can have customer service at ebay.ch call you back
