Funds blocked since December
Summary: pcfast_onroad expresses concerns about funds that eBay has been withholding since December 2023, with no explanations or solutions provided by the platform. I made a few sales in recent months, but I didn’t systematically check whether eBay had actually made the transfer. I’ve just noticed today that they haven’t transferred anything to me since December 2023!
I didn’t receive any message warning me about the reason or the block.
Looking into it further, it’s apparently due to insufficient performance; as a craftsman, I sometimes end up getting a bit behind on deliveries ( I make the items I sell myself, and there can be a slight delay when I have a lot of demand, I’m not a machine)
That said, the problem is that eBay hasn’t paid me my money for all this time, I really no longer agree with eBay’s policy, I want to get my money back and I’m thinking of closing my account after 12 years here. This platform is becoming complete nonsense and is lagging behind compared with the others.
Ebay hasn’t given me any solution so I can recover my money, we’re not far from theft.
I can see that there are a lot of problems like this, which often lead to complaints to the DGCCRF. After several roughly similar setbacks with eBay over the years, I’m starting to consider it if I can’t find a solution on the forum.

As for the unpaid funds... you need to make a summary of the amounts due with the invoices for your sales... and contact FEVAD to recover your funds...
That will probably be the simplest way for you... you’ll find this association’s contact details on the web.
From what you write----> you are a craftsman and you sell your products on the site as an individual... it may be that this makes contacting FEVAD more complicated, but you’ll certainly be able to convince them of your reasons for not working with a pro account on ebay..

OP2 years agoWhat I make has nothing whatsoever to do with my main activity, and it does not represent a significant source of revenue. But that’s not really the issue here to be honest.
eBay is holding my money and I’d like to get it back, whatever the reason for the delivery delays may be (which I assume is why it’s blocked); eBay isn’t offering me any solution to get compliant and unblock my funds.
