I ordered books from the United States exactly 1 month ago (limited edition, 5 books in total). On my parcel tracking (with the post office), it says that my parcel's import/export formalities are on hold because of a missing invoice. After doing some research, I get the impression that this is something fairly common. What can I do? I’ve already contacted the seller, who contacted eBay themselves, and we are currently waiting for a solution.
I’ve been looking for these books for a while to complete my collection, and I’m really afraid I may never be able to receive them.
