ABUSIVE FEES FOR A SALE THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!!!!!!!!

I listed an item for sale that had been sold on LE BON COIN a few days before a person, GALERIE D'ARTISTE!! bought the item.
I got in touch with this buyer and told them the item had already been sold!
So I asked EBAY to issue a refund, a refund that took a few weeks and this site of M.... CHARGES ME SELLING FEES !!!!!
They are really making a mockery of the customers who keep them going !!!
They even tried to take the fees from my bank account WITHOUT my authorization!!
This site is really one to avoid, given all the problems you can see!

Ebay charged you a commission on a sale... which is normal...
However, what is not normal is that you didn't have the reflex to remove the listing for this item sold elsewhere...
Therefore.. the commission is due..
On the other hand, if you want to close your account, you must have no debt owed to the site, otherwise your account will remain as it is...
