Hello
in 2023 I could charge buyers for just one shipping cost (combined shipping) to reduce shipping fees, but with the new EBAY version, I can no longer do this by sending an invoice with combined shipping. Some people tell me to refund the shipping costs, I agree, but EBAY invoices the total amount of sales with shipping included (10 tickets sold, tracked shipping €1.80 = €18.00). What can I do to avoid buyers paying shipping costs for every ticket sold?
