Hello, I made a purchase in the US,Ebay offered me the option to pay in dollars or euros to avoid my card provider's exchange fees, which I accepted. This exchange service by eBay was billed to me through an increase of around 4% in the purchase price, and I did indeed pay in euros.Today I realize that my card provider charged me exchange fees because the purchase was in dollars.So I paid exchange fees to eBay and to my bank.Who should I contact to resolve this situation.If I don't get any replies, I will contact the fraud authorities and dispute the payment.I will leave it to eBay to get in touch with me since it is impossible to contact eBay Awaiting your response.Kind regardsFrançois Lacoste
