Customs clearance fees on purchases coming from India!
Hello,
FEDEX is asking me for customs clearance fees even though I already paid VAT included. Is this normal?

You paid the VAT >>> 20 %
But maybe not the customs duty to be paid to Fedex

if, within these fees, they had you pay import VAT again, you can request a refund from eBay. See this link:

If VAT is paid twice, you can request a refund from ebay:
