Customs fees
I bought a product shipped via FedEx, with a delivery date, and then I receive a text from FedEx telling me that my package has gone through customs and that there are 30 euros in customs fees to pay, is this normal? And usual?
At the time of purchase, there was no mention of this at all

If you buy outside the eurozone... you are an importer who is liable for VAT and other customs bits and pieces.

Normally, all sellers who sell internationally warn that there will probably be fees to pay... they don’t know the exact amounts due because each country has different fees..
In the link above, you’re told how to get a refund if you’ve already paid.
