Customs fees for shipments from France to the UK/USA
Hello
I don't understand why when I send parcels to buyers in the USA or the UK, the customs fees are my responsibility. Could you explain to me how to do it so that the customs fees are paid by the buyer.

for your shipments to the United States, it is indeed up to you as the sender to pay the customs fees:

On the other hand, for the United Kingdom, that is not the case to my knowledge.

... the fact of including a link in a reply blocks that reply... which allows another respondent to give their own opinion without knowing that a message has already been posted...
this can cause identical replies (fortunately, in fact..) and it looks like the forum is home to mynas...
