Customs fees paid
Hello, I bought an item that came from the United Kingdom, I paid the shipping costs and VAT in addition to the purchase price, but when picking it up at the Post Office I had to pay 31 euros in customs fees (in total I had paid 169.49 euros). Is this normal? The seller tells me he is not responsible. I can't manage to open a dispute. Thank you for your help

If you think you paid VAT twice, ask for a refund
