Customs fees or not?

I have an accepted offer on the item, sold from the United States and shipped to France via eBay International Shipping. I have not yet completed the payment.
The accepted price is 174.00 USD + 27.22 USD shipping (for a total of 201.22 USD). On the payment page, it says: "Prices are increased by VAT based on the shipping address. No additional customs fees will be applied."
Can you confirm that this total amount of 201.22 USD does indeed include VAT and any possible customs duties, and that no additional fees will be requested from me upon delivery by the carrier?
