Good evening,I bought a vinyl record in the United States and I paid the price of the vinyl + shipping + import tax.The package was sent by UPS and when I track it, it tells me that I still have €38 in customs fees to pay ...If I don't pay, the package will be held up and then sent back, but how do I go about it / who should I contact to explain that these fees were already collected by eBay at the time of purchase ?Thank you for your help.Best regards
