Hello, Following a sale, I sent a parcel today by registered Colissimo. I hadn't made a sale in a long time, so I discovered the delivery slip system. To my great surprise, I realized that in order to get compensation up to the value of my shipment (€550) in case of a problem with the parcel, I had to pay €22, that is, more than double what is shown on the post office website (€8.70). Moreover, the basic compensation (not enough in my case) of €50 for an R1 parcel is not indicated, and it says that if you do not subscribe to the €22 option, there is "no compensation". I am wondering: 1) About these prohibitive prices. 2) About the impossibility (?) of going directly through the post office to benefit from their rates. 3) About possibly misleading display to the detriment of the seller.
