Hello, I posted an ad with bids and I realize that the package weighs 5 kg even though I set it as a green letter, and the bid ends in 10 hours so I can no longer make changes. What should I do? Should I leave it like that or should I add a Colissimo on top of the green letter?
= auctions/less than 12h with an auction received, you can add a new domestic shipping service BUT you cannot remove an existing domestic shipping service from the listing.
So you will not be able to force the winning bidder to choose the added shipping method (and of course they will take the cheapest one).
It is obvious that a green letter for a lot of 45 PS4 games was unrealistic (especially without tracking): postage has to be calculated before the listing goes live...
You can explain the reason to the bidder.. (they may not appreciate it... but it may be better than being responsible for an expensive, unplanned shipment...)

You can cancel the sale because of an error in the delivery..
Cancel an order as a seller | eBay
But first, you'll need to remove the bid that has already been placed.
Cancel bids and manage bidders | eBay
You can explain the reason to the bidder.. (they may not appreciate it... but it may be better than being responsible for an expensive, unplanned shipment...)
Best regards
