Grouped shipping fees

Hello everyone
I won 4 auctions in the same seller's shop. On the item page it says that shipping costs can be combined (with the rates indicated).
Yet when I request the total for the 4 items, the following message appears "The seller does not offer discounts on combined shipping fees"
I contacted the seller but I haven't had a reply yet, hence this message.
If someone could enlighten me on what to do, please, because I don't want the sales to be cancelled.

You won the auctions and you have 4 days to pay for them at least...
Today and tomorrow = weekend... and not all sellers are glued to their screens...
Wait for your seller to reply to you (and above all don't bombard them with messages....)
